How to Add a New User on the Merchant Portal

Adding new users to your Merchant Portal allows you to grant access to team members while controlling what they can see and do based on their responsibilities. Effective user access management is essential for maintaining security and ensuring smooth business operations.

Follow the steps below to create and manage users successfully on the Merchant Portal.

Step 1: Log in to your Merchant Portal.

a. Open your web browser and go to the dashboard login page - Login to your Hydrogen Account (hydrogenpay.com)

b. Enter your registered email address and password to login to your account.

Step 2: Go to Profile & Settings, navigate to the 'User Management' section and click on 'Add New User' button

Step 3: Fill in the user’s details. Ensure the email address is correct, as login instructions will be sent to it.

a. Select the appropriate User Roles based on the level of access each user should have. The system provides default roles, and you also have the flexibility to create custom roles with specific permissions tailored to your company's needs.

c. Check the Live Environment box for real transactions or Test Environment for simulation and testing. Press the highlighted SAVE button.

Success! Your new user has been created. The new user should check their registered email address for their default login details.
