How to Withdraw Funds from Your Wallet Using the Partial Withdrawal Feature

To easily access and withdraw any specific amount from the available funds in your Wallet; here is a step-by-step guide on how to withdraw funds from your Wallet using the Partial Withdrawal feature on the Merchant Portal.

Step 1: Log In to your Account.

a. Open your web browser and go to the dashboard login page - Login to your Hydrogen Account (hydrogenpay.com)

b. Enter your registered email address and password to login to your account.

Step 2: Go to the Wallet icon on the menu bar of your dashboard.

Step 3: Navigate to the right part of the page and click on ‘Withdraw from Wallet’.

Alternatively, On your dashboard, navigate to the Reporting Summary section and click on 'Withdraw Now'

Step 4: Click on the ‘Withdraw Now’ in the popup window.

N.B For Access Bank Account holders, withdrawals are free of charge. Non-Access Bank Account holders can make their first withdrawal for free, but subsequent withdrawals will incur charges.

Step 5: Enter your preferred settlement account and the amount you wish to withdraw, then click the highlighted "Continue" button.

Step 6: Input your Password and click on ‘Withdraw now’.

Step 7: To confirm your withdrawal process, select ‘Yes, Withdraw’ button on the pop-up page.

Success! Amount Withdrawn to Bank Account.

By following these steps, you will be able to successfully withdraw funds from your Wallet using the Partial Withdrawal feature.
