About Hydrogen Settlement Windows

A settlement window refers to the scheduled time when merchants receive funds for transactions processed through our payment platform. The timing of settlements depends on the selected settlement window type, ensuring your business receive payment in a structured and predictable manner.

Different settlement window options are available to accommodate your various business needs, ensuring timely payouts. At Hydrogen, we currently have three settlement windows for all transactions processed through our platform.

  • 11:00 PM Settlement.
  • T+1 (Transaction Date Plus 1) Settlement.
  • Instant Settlement.

11:00 PM Settlement Window:

This ensures that all transactions under this settlement window are settled by 11:00 PM. It covers transactions processed between 10:00 PM the previous day and 9:59 PM on the current day, allowing a one-hour processing window for us to finalize your settlements and complete payouts between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM. This settlement window applies to our POS, InstantPay, and Instant Pay API product types.

T+1 (Transaction Date Plus 1) Settlement Window:

The T+1 settlement window covers transactions processed between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM on the same day. Settlement payments for these transactions will be made at 8:00 AM the next day. This settlement window applies to all our product types, POS, InstantPay, Instant Pay API, Payment Gateway Bank Transfer and Payment Gateway Card.

Instant Settlement Window:

With instant settlement, our merchants receive funds in their wallets immediately after each transaction. These funds can be withdrawn to your bank account at any time or through the scheduled withdrawal option available on our Merchant Portal.
