How to Withdraw Funds from Your Wallet Using Scheduled Withdrawal

Scheduled Withdrawal allows you to automate fund transfers from your Wallet to your settlement account, ensuring timely payouts without the need to log into the Merchant Portal for each withdrawal.

Follow this step-by-step guide to withdraw funds from your Wallet using Scheduled Withdrawals:

Step 1: Log In to your Account

a. Open your web browser and go to the dashboard login page - Login to your Hydrogen Account (hydrogenpay.com)

b. Enter your registered email address and password to login to your account.

Step 2: Go to the Wallet icon on the menu bar of your dashboard

Step 3: Navigate to the right part of the page and click on ‘Withdraw from Wallet’ button

Alternatively, 

A. Go to Profile & Settings on your menu bar

B. Tap on 'Settlement' icon 

C. Navigate to 'Wallet settings' option

D. Click on the 'Create Withdrawal Schedule' button 

As another option: On your dashboard, navigate to the Reporting Summary section and click on 'Withdraw Now'

Step 4: Click on ‘Schedule Withdrawal’ in the popup window

Step 5: Enter your preferred Frequency:

For Hourly Frequency:

• Select Hourly on the dropdown
• Choose your desired time Interval
• Select your preferred Settlement Account
• Click on the highlighted 'Continue' button

 For Daily Frequency:

• Select Daily on the dropdown
• Choose your Daily withdrawal time
• Select your preferred Settlement Account
• Click on the highlighted 'Continue' button

N.B All funds will be withdrawn from your wallet daily at the specified time.                                   

For Weekly Frequency:

• Select Weekly on the dropdown.
• Choose your preferred Withdrawal Day. 
• Input your Daily withdrawal time.
• Select your preferred Settlement Account.
• Click on the highlighted 'Continue' button.

N.B All funds will be withdrawn from your wallet on this day and time of every week.

For Monthly Frequency:

• Select Monthly on the dropdown.
• Input your desired Withdrawal Date and Time.
• Choose your preferred Settlement Account.
• Click on the highlighted 'Continue' button.

Step 6: Enter your Password and click on the ‘Schedule Withdrawal’ button

Success! A Scheduled Withdrawal has been created.
