How to Create a Scheduled Withdrawal from Your Wallet using Hydrogen Mobile App

Scheduled Withdrawal allows you to automate fund transfers from your Wallet to your settlement account, ensuring timely payouts without the need to log into the app for each withdrawal.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to create a Scheduled Withdrawal from Your Wallet using Hydrogen Mobile App:

Step 1: Log In to your Account

Step 2: Go to the bottom of your dashboard after login, click on the ‘Products' icon and select 'Wallet'

Step 3: Tap the ‘Withdraw’ button on the Wallet balance page.

Step 4: On the Withdraw interface, Click on ‘Schedule Withdrawal’.

Step 5: Enter your preferred Frequency:

• For Hourly Frequency:

1. Select Hourly on the dropdown
2. Choose your desired time Interval
3. Select your preferred Settlement Account
4. Click on the highlighted 'Continue' button 

• For Daily Frequency:

1. Select Daily on the dropdown
2. Choose Daily withdrawal time
3. Select your preferred Settlement Account
4. Click on the highlighted 'Continue' button

N.B All funds will be withdrawn from your wallet daily at the specified time.

• For Weekly Frequency:

1. Select Weekly on the dropdown
2. Choose your Withdrawal Day.
3. Input your preferred Withdrawal time
4. Click on your preferred Settlement Account
5. Tap on the highlighted 'Continue' button

N.B All funds will be withdrawn from your wallet on this day and time of every week.

• For Monthly Frequency:

1. Select Monthly on the dropdown
2. Choose your Withdrawal Date
3. Input your desired Withdrawal Time
4. Click on your preferred Settlement Account
5. Tap on the highlighted 'Continue' button

Step 6: Enter your Password and click on the ‘Schedule Withdrawal’ button

Success! Scheduled Withdrawal has been created
