Adding settlement accounts enables you to receive funds from transactions directly into one or more bank accounts. By adding multiple settlement accounts, you can better manage how and where your funds are credited.
Follow the steps below to add additional settlement accounts on your Merchant Portal.

Login to your Merchant Portal.
a. Open your web browser and go to the dashboard login page - Login to your Hydrogen Account (hydrogenpay.com)
b. Enter your registered email address and password to login to your account.

From your dashboard, Go to 'Profile & Settings', then navigate to the Settlement section. On the right side of the page, click on 'Settlement Account' and use the 'Add Account' button.
To add new settlement account(s), you have two options: you can either add each account one by one or upload multiple settlement accounts at once.
Option 1: Add a Single Settlement Account

Select 'Settlement Accounts' and click the 'Continue' button

Fill in the required details: Currency, Bank Name, Account Number and click on the 'Save' button.
N.B If you want to add another account, click on the 'Add Another' button. You can add up to 10 additional accounts in this section.

Enter your password to confirm settlement account(s) addition and click on highlighted 'Add Account’ button.

Success! You should see your new settlement account(s) added to the list on your Settlement Account page.
N.B Kindly note that any newly added accounts will display a ‘Pending Approval’ status while our business team carries out second-level validation. Once approved, the status will update to ‘Active’. If the account cannot be validated, it will be declined. All settlement account reviews are completed within one business day.
Option 2: Add Multiple Settlement Accounts (Bulk Upload)

Click on 'Bulk Settlement Accounts' and press the highlighted ‘Continue’ button

Download the Bulk Upload Template (It's an Excel file).

Fill out the template with all required details for each account: Currency, Bank Name, Account Number and Account Name. Save the completed file to your computer, then click on the ‘Upload Document' field to select your saved template.

Wait for the system to process the file and click the 'Continue' button.

Once processed, all valid accounts will be added to your settlement account list.
N.B Kindly note that any newly added accounts will show a ‘Pending Approval’ status while our business team carries out second-level validation. Once approved, the status will update to ‘Active’. If the account cannot be validated, it will be declined. All settlement account reviews are completed within one business day.
