2. What is a virtual account?

A virtual account is a unique account number created for your business to receive payments from customers.

3. How do customers make payments?

Customers can simply transfer money to the virtual account using their banking app, USSD, or bank branch.

4. How quickly will I see the payment?

Payments usually appear on the Merchant Portal almost immediately after the customer completes the transfer.

5. Can I create multiple virtual accounts?

Yes, you can create multiple virtual accounts depending on their operational needs.

6. Can I assign accounts to my store reps?

Yes. Virtual accounts can be linked to specific users so you can track collections.

7. Can accounts be assigned to branches or locations?

Yes. InstantPay supports assigning accounts to different business locations for better tracking and reporting.

8. Who can create or manage all virtual accounts?

Only merchants or authorized users (Super Admins) can create and manage all virtual accounts.

However, for virtual accounts assigned to specific users (store reps), they can manage their respective accounts through their designated dashboards.

9. Can I see transaction history?

Yes. All payments received through InstantPay can be viewed and downloaded from the Merchant Portal.

10. Is InstantPay secure?

Yes. Access to the feature is controlled through the Merchant Portal with user permissions and activity tracking.

11. Can I share the virtual account with customers?

Yes. Once created, the account details can be shared with customers for payment.

12. What happens after a payment is made?

The payment reflects on your Merchant Portal dashboard, allowing you to confirm the transaction.

13. Can I download my InstantPay transactions?

Yes, you can use the download button to export your report in CSV or PDF format from the InstantPay transaction page.
 
14. Can I filter my transactions using specific criteria?

Yes. You can filter by Transaction date, Reference ID, Amount, Account number or Location using the Filter button.
