How to Access Your Settlement Report on the Merchant Portal

Here is how to easily access your Settlement Report on the Merchant Portal by following the steps below.

Step 1: Log in to your Merchant Portal.

a. Open your web browser and go to the dashboard login page - Login to your Hydrogen Account (hydrogenpay.com)

b. Enter your registered email address and password to login to your account.

Step 2: Go to Settlements from the dashboard menu

If you are on the Instant Settlement Window, click on Wallet to see the breakdown of your settlements.

On the Wallet page, you can use the search field to find specific transactions.

1. Wallet Balance: The total amount of money currently available in your wallet on the portal.
2. Next Withdrawal: Your next payout from your wallet to your settlement account.
3. Withdraw Button: The action button you click to transfer funds from your wallet to your bank account.
4. Gateway Bank Transfer, Instant Pay: These are your payment options that are currently on Scheduled Settlements. To learn more about settlement terms, please refer to Understanding your Settlement Report on the Merchant Portal.

If you are on the Scheduled Settlement Window, click on Bank to see the breakdown of your settlements.

Step 3: Click a settlement date to see all transactions that make up the report. You can also search for your transactions, apply filters, and download your report.

1. Filter button: This helps you refine your search by Transaction date, payment channels, Settlement status or other parameters to view specific settlement records.
2. Download button: Allows you to export your settlement report in your preferred format. There is the option to download in either PDF or CSV.

View Settlement Method: Displays the payout option linked to your account, such as Instant Settlement or Scheduled Withdrawal, Full Settlement or Terminal Split Settlement.
