How to download Transactions via the Dashboard "View All" function

To keep track of your transactions and manage your records efficiently on the Merchant Portal, you can easily download your transaction report in CSV format.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to download your report:

Step 1: Log in to the Merchant Portal

a. Open your web browser and go to the dashboard login page - Login to your Hydrogen Account (hydrogenpay.com)

b. Enter your registered email address and password to login to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Transaction section

On your dashboard, scroll down to the Recent Transactions section and click on View All located on the right side of the page.

Step 3: On the Transaction page, click on the Download button

Step 4: Select your Preferred Date range

a. In the Download section, navigate to the payment date and choose your desired time. 

b. For a specific date range, click on Custom to select your preferred dates.

Step 5: Choose your preferred Product Channels

Step 6: Select all the filters you need, as demonstrated in the image below

Step 7: Choose your preferred File format and click on the 'Download' button

a. Once you’ve chosen your desired parameters, you can select your preferred file format which is CSV. Then, click on the highlighted Download button.

b. The system will automatically generate the file, save it to your device, and display a pop-up notification confirming the download.
