How to withdraw Funds from your Wallet

To manage your settlements effectively and withdraw funds from your wallet to your designated bank account seamlessly. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to withdraw funds from your Wallet:

Step 1: Login to your Account

a. Open your web browser and go to the dashboard login page - Login to your Hydrogen Account (hydrogenpay.com)

b. Enter your registered email address and password to login to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to the right part of your Dashboard and click on ‘Withdraw now’

Step 3: Choose your preferred settlement account by clicking the ‘Select’ arrow, then press 'CONFIRM'

N.B For Access Bank Account holders, withdrawals are free of charge. Non-Access Bank Account holders can make their first withdrawal for free, but subsequent withdrawals will incur charges.

Step 4: Enter your password in the popup window and click ‘WITHDRAW’

Step 5: Success! Amount Withdrawn to Bank Account

Alternatively, you can also withdraw funds from your Wallet by following the steps below: 

Step 1: Login to your Account

Step 2: Click on the Wallet icon and navigate to “Withdraw from Wallet” at the right part of your dashboard

Step 3: Choose your preferred settlement account by clicking the ‘Select’ arrow, then press 'CONFIRM'

Step 4: Input your password and click ‘WITHDRAW’

Step 5: Success! Amount Withdrawn to Bank Account
