With Instant Settlement, your funds are credited directly to your wallet for faster access. You can withdraw anytime through the Merchant Portal, at a time that works best for your business.
This guide will show you how to easily withdraw funds from your wallet to your settlement bank account.
Step 1: Log In to your Account
a. Open your web browser and go to the dashboard login page - Login to your Hydrogen Account (hydrogenpay.com)
b. Enter your registered email address and password to login to your account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Reporting Summary section on your Dashboard, then select ‘Withdraw Now’ to initiate a withdrawal.
Step 3: Select your preferred settlement account from the Settlement Account dropdown, then click 'Continue'. In the popup window, enter your password and click ‘Withdraw now’ to complete the process.
N.B For Access Bank Account holders, withdrawals are free of charge, while Non-Access Bank Account holders can enjoy their first withdrawal for free, after which the applicable fee is deducted for subsequent withdrawals:
< N5,000 - N10 transfer fee + 7.5% VAT
N5,000 to N50,000 - N25 transfer fee + 7.5% VAT
> N50,001 - N50 transfer fee + 7.5% VAT
Step 4: To confirm your withdrawal, click the “Yes, Withdraw” button in the popup window.
Success! Your funds have been successfully withdrawn to your bank account.
Alternatively, you can also withdraw funds from your Wallet by following the steps below:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, go to the Menu Bar, select 'Settlements', and then click on 'Wallets'.
Step 2: On the Wallet page, click Withdraw to expand the dropdown, then select Withdraw Now.
Step 3: Select your preferred settlement account from the Settlement Account dropdown, then click 'Continue'. In the popup window, enter your password and click ‘Withdraw now’ to complete the process.
