Follow these steps to assign a POS Branch Manager and keep your business operations organized and efficient.

Login to your Account
a. Open your web browser and go to the dashboard login page - Login to your Hydrogen Account (hydrogenpay.com)
b. Enter your registered email address and password to login to your account.

Go to Profile & Settings, then navigate to the User Management section. On the right side of the page, click on the 'Add User' button.
- Populate the User details:
Fill in User's profile – Enter the required information for the new user.
Select User Role – Choose POS Manager as the role.
Assign Locations – Select the locations the user will be responsible for.
Select Terminals –For the selected locations, you can assign all terminals or select only the specific terminals the user should manage.
Click on the Save button.

Success! A new user has been created.
A welcome email will be sent to the new user. On their first login to the portal, they will be required to change their password to secure their account.
