You can easily monitor and manage your POS transactions in real time through the Merchant Portal. Simply log in and navigate to the Dashboard or Transactions tab to view summaries, detailed transaction records, and apply filter options.
With these features, you can:
Track your sales activities
Check the status of each transaction
Download transaction reports as needed.
Follow the steps below for a detailed guide on viewing your POS transactions:
Step 1: Login to your Account.
Step 2: Navigate to Transactions on the sidebar and choose POS from the expanded list.
Step 3: Then you have your POS Transaction Page.
The Search and Filter icons help you quickly find and narrow down transactions on the page.
1. Search icon: The Search icon allows you to easily locate transactions using specific details like Amount, Terminal ID, or Transaction type, Reference e.tc
2. Filter icon: Click the Filter icon to apply filters such as Date range, Transaction type, Status, Location e.tc
Alternative way to access your POS transactions is by navigating to the POS tab on your dashboard.
Scroll down the page to view your recent transactions and click on 'View All' to see the complete list of your POS transactions.
