POS Terminal Split Settlement is a feature on the Merchant Portal that enables you to view and track your settlement payouts for each POS terminal used across your business locations. Rather than having all transactions from all your terminals settle into one settlement account, you can map your preferred POS terminals to a specific settlement account. This setup ensures that funds from your terminals are automatically directed to their designated settlement accounts during the settlement process.
Below is a step-by-step guide on how to navigate the Terminal split settlement on Merchant portal.

Login to your Account.
a. Open your web browser and go to the dashboard login page - Login to your Hydrogen Account (hydrogenpay.com)
b. Enter your registered email address and password to login to your account.

Go to Profile & Settings, then navigate to the Settlement section. On the right side of the page, click on 'Change Settlement Method'.

Change your Settlement method by clicking on Terminal Split Settlement button and tap on 'Continue'.

Go to your preferred Settlement account and click on the options button.

Tap on 'Assign Terminal', where you will be able to select your preferred POS terminals.

Select the terminals you would like to link to the settlement account, then click ‘SAVE’.

Click 'Yes' to confirm
Yay! Your Terminals have been assigned to your preferred settlement account successfully.
