- Terminal ID: This is a unique identification number assigned to each POS terminal. It’s used for transaction tracking, support, and terminal-specific reporting
- Terminal Type: This Indicates the model of the terminals. We currently have two types on Terminal. We have the Topwise and Telpo terminals.
- Terminal Address: This displays the physical address where the terminal is currently deployed. It is useful for logistics, auditing, and support purposes.
2. Status Details:

Active – Terminal is online and in use.

3. Additional Information
- Set Terminal Pin: You can also set your Terminal PIN on your POS terminal through the Merchant Portal for added security and ease of access. This allows you to personalize your terminal settings and restrict unauthorized access. Setting a PIN ensures that only authorized users can perform sensitive actions such as initiating End-of-Day (EOD) reports or accessing device settings.
- Enable or Disable Contactless: Merchants can also toggle on the contactless button to enable or disable Contactless payments on the terminal from the dashboard.
- Terminal Label: This is the custom name you assign to each of your terminals, making it easier to recognize and manage them within your dashboard.
