How to Activate Instant Settlement on your Account

The Instant Settlement feature allows you to receive your transaction funds instantly into your merchant wallet, giving you immediate access to your money. You can then withdraw these funds from your wallet to your bank account at any time through your portal, providing you with flexibility and control over your cash flow.

N.B. You can withdraw funds from your Wallet as often as you like, as long as you transfer the entire amount in your wallet to your bank account in a single transaction.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how you can activate instant settlement on your dashboard:

Step 1: Login to your Account

a. Open your web browser and go to the dashboard login page - Login to your Hydrogen Account (hydrogenpay.com)

b. Enter your registered email address and password to login to your account.

Step 2: Click on the Profile & Settings icon at the top right of your dashboard

Step 3: Click on Settlement and navigate to “Settlement Windows”

Step 4: Change your selection for Instant Pay to Instant (into Wallet) and click ‘SAVE’

Step 5: Accept the Terms and Conditions on the pop-up page.
