Step-by-Step Guide to Downloading Transaction History
Step 1: Log In to Your Merchant Portal

Open your browser and go to Hydrogen Merchant Dashboard.

Enter your email address and password, then click the Login button.
Step 2: Access the Transactions Menu

Once logged in, locate the navigation panel on the left side of the screen.

Click the Transactions tab to open the transaction and select All from the options.
Step 3: Select the Right Environment

Ensure the environment is set to Live mode in the top right corner of the dashboard. This is important so you can see all your actual, live transactions.
Step 4: Filter and Download Transactions

On the Transactions screen, find the download icon located on the far right of the page, just beside the filter icon.

Click on the download icon. This will open a panel on the left side of the screen where you can set your preferences and filters.
Step 5: Apply Filters
The panel offers several options to help you filter your transactions before downloading. Set the filters based on your needs:

Payment Date: Choose from:

Custom Range (You can select specific start and end dates using the calendar).

Step 6: Choose File Format

After applying the relevant filters, you can choose to download the file in CSV or PDF format.

Select your preferred format by clicking on the respective option.
Step 7: Download the File

Once you’ve set all your filters and chosen the file format, click the Download button.

The system will automatically generate the file and save it to your device.
