How to Access Your Merchant Dashboard: A Step-by-Step Guide

Welcome to our platform! Follow these simple steps to obtain your credentials and access your merchant dashboard.

Step 1: Initiate Password Reset

  1. Navigate to the Login Page: Go to the login page of our platform.
  2. Click on "Forgot Password": Locate the "Forgot Password" link and click on it.

Step 2: Enter Registered Email

  1. Enter Your Email Address: On the password reset page, input the email address you registered with.
  2. Confirm Email: Click the "Confirm" button to proceed.

Step 3: Receive Password Reset Email

  1. Check Your Inbox: A password reset email will be sent to your inbox. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 4: Reset Your Password

  1. Open the Reset Email: Open the password reset email and click on the "Reset Password" button. If the button doesn’t work, click on the link provided underneath the button.
  2. Create a New Password: You will be directed to a password reset page. Enter your new password and confirm it by re-entering it in the second field. Your new password must include:
    • A minimum of 8 characters
    • At least 1 uppercase letter
    • At least 1 number
    • At least 1 special character

Step 5: Confirm and Access

  1. Submit Your New Password: After inputting and confirming your new password, submit the form.
  2. Login with New Credentials: Use your newly set password to log in to the merchant dashboard.

    • Incorrect Email Registration: This may occur if there was a spelling error in the email address used during registration or if you are inputting an email address different from the one you registered with.
