Setting up locations on InstantPay allows you to organize your collections by branch or business unit and easily assign virtual accounts for accurate tracking and reporting.
Follow the steps below to create and manage your locations on the Merchant Portal.
Step 1: Log In to your Account
a. Open your web browser and go to the dashboard login page - Login to your Hydrogen Account (hydrogenpay.com)
b. Enter your registered email address and password to login to your account.
Step 2: Go to InstantPay on the menu bar and click on 'Locations'
Step 3: Go to the right section of the page, click on 'Add new location'
Step 4: Input the Location details, A clear name to identify the branch or unit. Click on 'Add new' button.
Success! Location has been created.
